This group is for Colorado dogs and their well-behaved owners who want to hike together in the mountains and foothills. Day hike adventures for our small groups will generally range from 5-10 miles round trip and will primarily be within a 2 hour drive (or less) from the Denver metro area. I have wanted a dog as a running and hiking partner for a very very very long time - now that I have her, don't expect me to pick too many routes where I have to leave her behind.
